The Pershing tanks that served in the last months of World War II were characterized by high efficiency. Mostly they ended up in General Patton’s army, where they did an excellent job. The production of the tanks began at 1944 and continued until 1947 when about 2200 units had been produced. The tank was equipped with armor up to 102mm thick and a 90mm M3 cannon which proved effective during war time conditions of WWII-era Europe (1939-1945). This tank also went on to serve again during the Korean War from 1950 – 1953.

The model been carefully designed in a 1:28 scale using 904 COBI construction blocks. The model has movable elements including working tracks, rotating wheels, raising and lowering barrel, a rotating turret, opening hatches and an engine service hatch.
