The MyTrickRC TRX4 Defender Rock Light Kit is designed to direct fit the TRX4 Defender and Tactical inner fenders. These lights are DG-1 system compatible and will make it easier to crawl in dark conditions.
CAUTION!DO NOT power the Rock Lights off more than 5V or they will get VERY HOT and damage the LEDs.

NOTE: This Rock Light Kit is designed to fit the Defender and Tactical bodies. MyTrickRC does not recommend using this on the Bronco body.

Jaime Noyola Verified Owner Friday, Jul 2 2021 (about 4 years ago) MyTrickRC Rock Light Kit w/4 Rock Lights for Traxxas TRX4 Defender Not impressed! Unlike the Traxxas kit, be forewarned you need TWO of these to complete the rock lights on TRX4. Each “kit” only has 4 lights. To make matters worse, they can’t be plugged into the high power available ports on the DG-1 controller so they give you a splitter. Problem is they only give one splitter! With what is “in the kit” you cannot power all 4 lights and use their own Defender kit. So even if you do buy another of these rock light kits to get the required 8 lights you have to still buy or fabricate splitters. This has been a total headache. Stick with Traxxas and make your life simpler. 3 of 4 customers found this review helpful. @zer02rc Saturday, Sep 4 2021 (about 4 years ago) MyTrickRC Rock Light Kit w/4 Rock Lights for Traxxas TRX4 Defender Kit is EVERYTHING you need. There are two pairs of rock light. Each pair is wired to a single plug, the splitter allows you to plug both pairs into a single DG1 output (all 4 lights working off one controller 0port)…. Lights are super Brite and work great. You could buy a set of these lights for every rig in your garage and still spend less that the Traxxas kit!
