Alex Robbins Verified Owner Thursday, Nov 18 2021 (about 3 years ago) Pro-Line 1979 Ford F-150 Short Course Truck Body for Traxxas Slash/4×4 (Clear) Isn’t the thickest plastic ive seen, i would’ve liked it to be a little more sturdy, i backed it with gorilla tape on the inside and it’s doing alright for now.
Depending on your bumpers you might have to trim the body more than normal like i did. And of course you need the proline extended mounts. 1 customer found this review helpful. Especially at the bottom and the edges of the bed. But what it lacks in strength it makes up for in looks. These fender flares look so wide and aggressive! Great looking body and seems to have a little less lift than a slash body. The wheel wells stretch far over the tires and have had no rubbing anywhere for me. It gets very thin at the bottom of the doors. Using a thicker material would make it heavier but this isn’t a race body so it seems like it would be worth it for the sake of durability.
