I think more people just dont bother to experiment more enough to see if certain tires work and just go with the flow. Great tires! 2 customers found this review helpful. Pair these with some super chain link Hoosier fronts and you not only look scale legit, you can rip up the dirt track like you’re a pro racer. And because of the large contact area, I think the super-soft compound actually stands some chance of lasting on my sandy, dusty packed dirt. I swear, it’s like they made these tires for me.
I am so happy I rolled the dice on this tread pattern, vs going with the meta tire that everyone chooses for carpet. I guess not that many people race RWD on dirt these days? I will be using them on my Team Associated SR10 Dirt Oval Race Car. I have another SR10 along with a DR10 coming and going to swap a couple of their parts to make the SR10 a Drag Car and the DR10 a Dirt Oval Race Car and use the Angle Blocks on it too. The order has arrived a week later than expected due to delays with Australian Customs having a backlog of imports to process.
