DrFeelGood Sunday, Feb 21 2021 (about 4 years ago) RC4WD Metal Front Winch Bumper for Traxxas TRX-4 This is a solid and reasonably heavy piece. It definitely gives a stout feeling to the truck. Mine came with a loose front hoop. This hoop is the logical place to lift the truck when carrying (one reason I bought it). Where the hoop is attached to the main part of the bumper was loose enough to pull out, making it useless as a lift point. I was able to remedy it with thick cyanoacrylate glue. It needs an adapter to mount to the TRX-4. I used RC4WD Aluminum Front Bumper Mount Conversion for the TRX-4 RC4Z-S1840 to install it.
I have since removed it as it reduced my approach angle too much. 1 customer found this review helpful. The look of the bumper is really nice and the actual bumper is really sturdy. Jake Edinger Tuesday, Oct 13 2020 (about 4 years ago) RC4WD Metal Front Winch Bumper for Traxxas TRX-4 Bought this bumper on 10/13/2020 when I got it home I was looking at it. I found a huge tool mark gouge that was left from the tooling of this bumper. It is on the left hand side. hopefully when my wench come in it will hide it. Over all i like the bumper it is a solid piece of metal with a good amount of weight. View all reviews
