Casey Holmes Saturday, Apr 24 2021 (about 4 years ago) Reedy LiPo Pro 4S Starter Box 20C LiPo Battery w/T-Plug (14.8V/2100mAh) Purchased 9/2019, writing this during 4/2021. Got a year and a half out of this without issue, and even used it last night to start my nitro buggy and had no problems. Been pretty diligent with storage charging within a week of last using the starter box. Went to storage charge it today and jot down the resistance & voltage readings, but found that it won’t read cell #1. Reading from the Deans plug shows 13.38V, so it looks like I’ve got a dead cell since it did not lose continuity. For the price of this and the light use that it’s endured, I believe this should’ve lasted at the very least 3 years, hence the low score rating I’ve given it. Hope I have better luck with the ProTek starter box battery, which if it’s anything like the ProTek receiver batteries I run, it ought to be a winner. 2 customers found this review helpful.
