Description
This is an optional Team Losi Racing 8IGHT-X Aluminum Servo Horn. This servo horn is compatible with servos that feature a 25 tooth spline; such as ProTek R/C, Savox and Futaba.
This horn is exclusively used for the steering servo features a clamping design for the upmost in holding power.

FYI the finish is more silvery with a slight bronze hue, rather than the dark bronze/gold shown in the preview photos. Pete DeVries Sunday, Aug 22 2021 (about 4 years ago) Team Losi Racing 8IGHT-X Aluminum Servo Horn (25T-ProTek/Futaba/Savox) Great fitting servo horn that works perfectly on both my 8ight-XE Elite and 8ight-XTE. The one stock part that Ive had major issues with on several TLR kits has been the stock servo horns. Specifically the little metal adapters that they include for different number of spline servos. I tried to temporarily use one when I built my SCTE 3.0 until the aluminum version showed up, and it was so tight installing it on my Protek 170SBL servo that I was conviced it either wasnt the right part or it was defective. Eventually I was able to press it on, but then removing it just a few days later was a major pain and I ended up marring up the top of the alumimum servo case a bit. I checked the fittiment of the same part on my next TLR kit and it was the same, too tight so I personally consider this a must have option part. Ive had no issues what so ever when using it with Protek and Tekin servos on any of my TLR X series rigs. Hopefully they eventually make these, along with all thier other alumimum parts in matching black like all the stock aluminum parts that come with all the new Elite kits and the XTE truggy.
