The Traxxas Tool Kit includes virtually every tool required to maintain Traxxas vehicles and stores them in a handy carrying case. A comfortable ratcheting handle allows the 11 included bits to telescope for those hard-to-reach screws. The ratchet mechanism does not work consistently and changes direction by itself. Was tightening the 1.5mm grub set screw in my 12mm MIP hex and the tip of the 1.5mm snapped off inside the screw. The tools themselfs round off very easily and then do the same to the screws. Dont get me wrong these tools look very inticing because they are very cheap for what you get but be warned! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IF YOU BUY CHEAP SH*T YOU GET SH*T TOOLS. Save yourself the headache of trying to get a screw out. These tools will last only a few months if your lucky! The tools are very great, and they ratcheting handle really helps during those long cranking sessions. It strips screws, the ratchet mechanism doesnt work, it feels cheap, and it’s overpriced, just like most traxxas products. Do not buy this set unless you enjoy busting out the dremel every day to retrieve stripped screws. Get a protek kit for the extra money, will most definitely be worth it. I haven’t stripped any screws with it, unlike others. I’m happy with the ratchet mechanism-it doesn’t click or feel hard to turn.
