Description
The Incision AR60 Steel 38/13 Gear Set fits all Axial AR60 based axles, as well as the SCX10 and AX10 style axle housing (AXI80003). These standard ratio gears are an option for the Axial HD gear set (AXI30395), and feature helical cut teeth for improved gear mesh to reduce slop in the drive train.
Features:
- 38t Ring Gear and 13t Pinion gear matches the gear ratio of the stock axle
- Machined from steel and heat treated
- Helical Gear Teeth for increased strength
- Use 38/13 Front ~ 43/13 – Rear (INCIRC00284) to reduce torque twist in the rear and overdrive the front axle to help pull you through climbs easier.
- Use 38/13 in the front and rear to keep the standard gear ratio.

Jaron Gentry Verified Owner Thursday, Nov 23 2023 (about a year ago) Incision AR60 Steel 38/13 Gear Set (Stock) These gears are much stronger than the stock Axial AR60 diff gears. Paired with the Vanquish VXD rear axles and spool and now my rear diff feels smoother than it did when it was brand new. Free spinning the rear diff with the driveshaft disconnected, it now spins forward and backward buttery smooth. The stock setup with just a rear diff locker was starting to bind up a lot when trying to free spin it. Highly recommend these gears to anyone, especially if you’re upgrading axles and already have worn out diff gears.
