Description

ProTek R/C High Tack Double Sided Tape is a 40″ long roll of 1″ wide grey double sided tape with an extra aggressive adhesive. This tape is 1.2mm thick and is perfect for securing receivers, ESC’s, transponders and much more.

The super tack adhesive on the tape will keep your device securely fastened where you want it, yet the material remains easy to remove and leaves no residue behind. The waterproof, heat resistant properties help it stand up to the elements, and the soft, flexible material will conform to curved or uneven surfaces, and helps to reduce vibration to the component. Protek RC offers two types of double sided tape, clear and grey. Grey is recommend for cooler weather.

Which is exactly what I did with it I went put almost a brand-new roll of this stuff down in the garbage can. I don’t even want to give it a single star rating it’s really big league bad lol. I don’t know why they title it “High Tack” as it is not very sticky at all. Double-sided tape works better than this stuff lol. Don’t waste your money on this here gray colored stuff. Get the regular ProTek clear stuff that one even works better than ‘Gorilla’ and some other one I’ve tried from your local big box store. 1 customer found this review helpful. This is similar (or identical?) to the 3M grey, which is the only other one I’ve liked. I’m confused by the negative reviews on here, because this sticks really well and doesn’t come off easily. Like any tape, just make sure the surface is clean and not oily. Highly recommended! I’ve bought various other tapes that I ended up not being able to use at all, but this one is excellent.
