In The Adventures of Tintin Prisoners Of The Sun, Snowy has been snatched by an Andean Condor much to the distress of Tintin and Captain Haddock. Scaling vertical cliffs to rescue Snowy from the nest, Tintin finds him blissfully unaware of the danger while happily gnawing on the bones of previous prey.
